Good Vibes Events enlists Comms 101 to promote Bali-inspired retreat

Haven Good Vibes

Good Vibes Events is bringing a taste of Bali to Sydney this April (3rd – 5th 2020) with its inaugural Wellness Glamping Retreat on the Northern Beaches. It has enlisted the PR support of Comms 101 to help spread the word.

This Bali-inspired glamping retreat, complete with spa and pool is based at The Heaven venue in Ingleside. When burnout is a very harsh reality for many Sydneysiders, who are craving quiet time away from the busy everyday hustle and in need of relaxation and detox from the digital world, Good Vibes Events has the solution.

Guests to the Good Vibes Wellness Glamping Retreat will be treated to an itinerary of yoga, meditation and breathwork workshops alongside insightful talks on mindfulness. Each Wellness Glamping Retreat teacher is an expert in their fields:

Lynsey Chan - A breath-work facilitator and Holistic Therapist

Tom Cronin - Founder of The Stillness Project who is on a mission to bring the very essence of who we are back into our lives…stillness

Acharya Rajan Sharma (also known as Bhimsen Sapkota) – An internationally renowned yogi and inspirational speaker.

Nicole Morelli – A passionate teacher in yogic traditions and kirtan (chanting) meditation

Even the greenest of yoga and mindful novices are invited to come to the retreat to take the first step towards practicing meditation and mindfulness.

Guest can expect to walk away from the two-day retreat with increased self-awareness along with tools to help calm the mind. The core of the 2020 Wellness Glamping Retreat is to encourage attendees to learn about the importance, and how to practice self-love, compassion and having a healthier relationship with yourself.

Every element has been carefully considered by founders and sisters; Rajii and Sandy Bista as they are passionate about delivering experiences which are unique, personal and allow people to come together towards a common goal. Originally from Nepal they are excited to also bring an essence of their home country to the retreat.

Rajii and Sandy Bista said: “We realise that not everyone has easy access to learning meditation and yoga. We have been very fortunate to have had our parents who took us to meditation retreats at a very young age, these experiences have taught us about the importance of self-care and how this can positively impact on all areas of our lives. The Good Vibes Wellness Glamping Retreat has been created to allow our guests to take back control of their lives and put their mind and body first.

“We wouldn’t think of a better venue to host our first Wellness Retreat, as the Heaven resort is truly unique and provides the perfect sanctuary for Sydneysiders to escape and unwind. We have curated the Good Vibes Events program whilst respecting the natural landscape within the stunning resort to provide a positive experience, which encourages guests to take a journey inward, rejuvenate and leave feeling calmer, happier and content.

“For us; life was never the same when we walked out of our first retreat 10 years ago and we are excited to see what this retreat can do for you. By now, you can probably tell we are all about the Good Vibes, so join us on the retreat with an open mind and an open heart!”

The 2020 Wellness Glamping Retreat is the ideal ‘staycation’ for Sydneysiders, who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed and anxious, or those who are wanting to take better care of their mind and body, and learn the tools to live a happier and more meaningful life.

Guests are invited to sleep under the night sky in one of the ‘glamping’ accommodation packages, so all guests can be rest-assured that everything is taken care of, including setting up and packing up of the tents for the two-day retreat. There is also access to clean toilets and shower facilities. There is no particular dress code, however casual and modest clothing is advised.

Various glamping package options available. Pricing starts from $399.
