Comms 101 not only secured cut through in trade press, but also secured coverage in consumer outlets, such as Manly Daily, which drove consumer engagement with the store.

Touch, Learn, Order.

Award-winning Australian wellness business: InnerOrigin opened its first bricks and mortar retail store in Sydney.

The innovative, passionate wellbeing business, enlisted Comms 101 to launch Australia's first- ever Touch Learn Order (TLO) only wellness retail store, which enables customers to interact with and experience InnerOrigin’s product offering first-hand and place an order in-store for the product to be delivered to their door.

The InnerOrigin store, which debuted as a pop-up store on Sydney’s Northern Beaches in January 2019 provided an experience-driven concept, which will act a forerunner to permanent retail TLO stores across Australia.

UX DRIVEN

Customers frequenting the innovative InnerOrigin pop-up store were invited to sample products from the best and emerging brands stocked online including sampling beauty products under the direction of product experts at no expense with no purchase necessary. 

InnerOrigin intends to expand its operations to become a full omnichannel retailer. Selling on-line, via social media, in home personal shopping experience via an independent advocate and retail, with plans to open three permanent Touch Learn Order only, Flagship retail stores during 2019, with only one in each of Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
